Apprentice Technician
The Apprentice Technician’s purpose is to be an ethical person with the right attitude and willingness to learn. He/she must be willing to learn from others as well as follow written and verbal procedures to service and repair vehicles. He/she must be willing to clean and maintain their work area and shop equipment.
Journeyman Technician
The Journeyman Technician’s purpose is to be a highly trained and knowledgeable technician able to diagnose, inspect, repair, service, and overhaul vehicle problems and maintenance.
Service Advisor
A Service Advisor’s primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service and the best experience possible for someone dealing with a broken vehicle. The Service Advisor will also make sure the shop is running smoothly and efficiently.
